Professional Education

Ortho Solutions is committed to ensuring that our product solutions are supported by high quality professional education programmes. We recognise that it is essential that all members of the clinical team are familiar with the instrumentation and surgical techniques. Our training courses provide an opportunity for hands on experience with the systems under the support and guidance of experienced surgeons.

We also remain, committed to supporting educational programs for Foot and Ankle specialist clinicians. We sponsor a number of international and national congresses, together with regional specialty training events. In collaboration with Mr Dishan Singh, we have also been the organiser and sponsor of the Round Table consensus meeting in the UK. Since its conception in 2011 Mr Singh has co-chaired this meeting, which has acted as a unique forum at which topics have been discussed at length and consensus reached where possible.

Technical service and support

Our sales, clinical and product specialists have been trained to offer the most appropriate technical, commercial, logistical service and support. We are aware that the service and technical support offered by our field based teams is often critical in ensuring that surgery is carried out successfully and as scheduled.

Our customer service team is focused on offering the highest level of support to the hospital teams that we serve. They can assist with all matters associated with the purchasing of our products, the booking of instrument sets for scheduled surgery cases and any other queries that may arise. If they are not able to help you directly with an enquiry they will endeavour to find the appropriate team member who will be able to offer prompt assistance.
